Refund policy
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within the stated processing time listed at checkout. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued after the item has been returned and received by Jazzy Accessories. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion once the returned item is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance or sale items
- Worn or used items
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Intimates/ Lingerie
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, Jazzy Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider using your tracking number.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
